थकाली सेवा समिति जापानले बिगतमा जापानबासि नेपाली माझ आयोजना गर्दै आईरहेको मैत्रीपुर्ण भलिबल प्रतियोगिता यस बर्ष स्थगित गरिएको कुरा अध्यक्ष बुद्धि गौचनद्धारा हस्ताक्षरित बिज्ञप्तीमा जनाईएको छ ।
बिज्ञप्तिमा अगाडि भनिएको छ - जापानमा एउटै प्रकृतिको बढ्दो कार्यक्रमको होडबाजी तथा थुप्रै संघसंस्थाको कार्यक्रम एकै दिनमा जुधनुले गर्दा पनि उत्त मैत्रीपुर्ण भलिबल प्रतियोगिता स्थगित गर्नु परेको जनाईएको छ । संस्थाहरु बिचको हातेमालो, आपसि भाईचारा तथा सहकार्य गरि विकास गर्नुपर्नेमा प्रतिस्प्रधात्मक तरिकाले एकै खालका कार्यक्रम एकै दिनमा आयोजना गर्नाले भविष्यमा अझ अस्वस्थ प्रतिस्प्रधा एवं विकराल स्थिति नआओस भन्दै संयम अपनाईएको पनि जनाइएको छ । जापानबासी नेपालीहरुको चाहना, आवश्यकता, अबस्था र समय अनुकुल हेरि पुन नयाँ तथा नौलो कार्यक्रम लिएर थसेस जापान यहाहरु समक्ष उपस्थिति हुने अबगत गराउदछौं ।

यस मैत्रीपुर्ण भलिबल प्रतियोगिता स्थगित गर्नु परेकोमा दु:ख ब्यक्त गर्दै यसबाट पर्न गएको असुबिधाको लागि आम नेपाली, जापानी, शुभचिन्तक, विशेष गरेर खेलाडिहरु र खेल प्रेमी संम्बन्धित सबैप्रति थसेस जापान हार्दिक क्षमा याचना ब्यक्त गर्दछ ।

Argentina defeats Netherlands to reach final....

Argentina and the Netherlands require penalties to determine who reaches the World Cup final,but this time,Tim krul was not on the the field to save the Netherlands as he saved from Costa-Rica, hence, Jasper Cillessen failed to make a save and Argentina won the shootout.
Second semi-final game was wrapped up with 0-0 all draw after 120 minutes followed by a dramatic penalty shootout.  Jasper Cillessen, who has never saved a penalty, was left in for the Oranje despite being subbed out before their last shootout. Again, he failed to save a penalty. The same cannot be said for Argentina's Sergio Romero.Romero's incredible two saves helped Argentina to reach final .Argentina will play Germany in the final after eliminating the Netherlands on penalty kicks.

Even though Belgium defeats the United States 2-1, and advances to the quarterfinals to play Argentina.Tim Howard will be best  remembered for his  performance by  a goalkeeper in 50 years, (16 saves in 1 game ).
The Belgians peppered the U.S. goal with shots throughout the match. The scoreline could have been worse had Howard not been the team's savior in the net -- recording a spectacular 16 saves, the most-ever for an American goalie at the World Cup.

At the end of the game , what really matters is the result and hence, Belgium defeats the United States 2-1.

Japan makes their way to home after being last at the group.

On a night of contrasting emotions in Cuiabá, Colombia marched into the second round as group winners with a third victory .Japan were dominating possession - as was the case in their previous two games - but offering little in the way of penetration.

   विश्वकप फुटबलको चार वर्ष लामो प्रतीक्षा बिहीबार समाप्त हुँदैछ। जापानका युइची निसिमुराले आयोजक ब्राजिल र क्रोएसियाबीचको खेलमा पहिलो सिठी फुकेसँगै विश्व फुटबलकै ठूलो प्रतियोगिताको २० औं संस्करण साओ पाउलोको एरिना कोरिन्थियन्स रंगशालामा बिहीबार राति औपचारिक उद्घाटनसँगै सुरु हुनेछ।

ब्राजिलमा दोस्रोपटक हुन लागेको यो विश्वकपमा पनि विगतमा झैं विश्वका उत्कृष्ट ३२ देशले उपाधिका लागि प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्दैछन्। ब्राजिलले यसअघि सन् १९५० मा विश्वकप आयोजना गरेको थियो।

राष्ट्रपति रौसेफले मंगलबार राति पत्रकारसँग ब्राजिलले सबै चुनौती विश्वकपअघि नै पन्छाइसकेको बताइन्। उनले रियोस्थित क्राइस्ट दी रेडेमिर सालिकझैं ब्राजिलले खुला अँगालोसाथ विश्वभरका फुटबल समर्थकलाई विश्वकपमा स्वागत गर्ने बताइन्।

'सके उपाधि घरमै राख्नुपर्छ, तैपनि विश्वकप आयोजना गर्नु पनि मैदान उत्रनुजस्तै हो। हरेक चरणमा हामी आयोजनाका चुनौती भोगिरहेका हुन्छौं, मैदानमा खेलाडीले जस्तै। त्यसैले सफलतापूर्वक आयोजना गर्न सक्नु पनि उपाधि जित्नुजस्तै हो।'

आयोजनाका लागि अर्बौं डलर खर्च गरे पनि त्यहाँको पर्यटन व्यवसाय फस्टाउन, लगानी बढाउन र विश्वकपकै कारण खलबलिएको सामाजिक एकता यही प्रतियोगिताबाट कायम गर्न मद्दत पुग्ने विश्वास गरिएको छ।

सन् २००७ को अक्टोबरमा आयोजनाको जिम्मा पाएयता ब्राजिलको अवस्थामा धेरै प्रश्न उठेका थिए। लगातारका आन्दोलन र विवादले निर्माणमा ढिलाइ हुँदा ब्राजिलमाथिको प्रश्न थप जटिल बनेको थियो। अन्तिम समयमा भने निर्माणका सबै काम जसोतसो पूरा गरेर ब्राजिल विश्वकपका लागि तयार भएको छ।
माराकाना, एरिना कोरिन्थियन्स, स्टेडियो नेसनललगायत १२ रंगशालाले विश्वकपका ६४ खेल आयोजना गर्नेछन्। विश्वकप हुने १२ मध्ये सात रंगशाला नयाँ हुन्। पाँच रंगशाला भने मर्मतसम्भार गरेर विश्वकपलाई तयार गरिएको थियो।
प्रतियोगिताभर ३५ लाखभन्दा बढीले रंगशालामै गएर विश्वकपका खेल हेर्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ भने विश्वभर एक अर्बभन्दा बढीले टेलिभिजनबाट दैनिक विश्वकप हेर्ने फिफाको अपेक्षा छ। विश्वकपका लागि ६ लाख विदेशी पर्यटकले भ्रमण गर्ने र देशले २ करोड ५० लाख डलर आम्दानी गर्ने ब्राजिली पर्यटन प्रशासनले आशा गरेको छ।
विश्व फुटबल महासंघ (फिफा) का अध्यक्ष सेप ब्लाटरले आउँदो एक महिना विश्वकपका माध्यमबाट फुटबलले सम्पूर्ण विश्वलाई एकताको सूत्रमा गाँस्ने बताएका छन्। 'विश्वभर यो खेललाई माया गर्नेको संख्या अरुभन्दा बढी छ। ब्राजिलमा आउँदो एक महिना इतिहासकै भव्य विश्वकप हुनेमा म विश्वस्त छु। हामी सबै मिलेर यसलाई सफल बनाउनुपर्छ। यो ब्राजिलका लागिमात्र नभई पूरा विश्वका लागि एउटा स्मरणीय विश्वकप हुनेछ,' फिफा कंग्रेस सुरु हुनुअघि ब्लाटरले मंगलबार भनेका थिए।
ब्लाटरले यस्तो बताइरहे पनि एक वर्षअघिदेखि आन्दोलित ब्राजिलमा विदेशी समर्थक र टिमको सुरक्षासँगै चुस्त यातायात व्यवस्था मुख्य चुनौतीका रुपमा तेर्सिएको छ। तथापि ब्राजिलले विश्वकप खेल्न, हेर्न वा यही समयमा घुम्न आउने पाहुनाको सुरक्षा र सुविधाका लागि सबैखाले व्यवस्था मिलाउने बाचा गरेको छ। स्वयं राष्ट्रपति रौसेफले देशका सबै सहरका सुरक्षा प्रमुखहरूलाई कडा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था अपनाउन निर्देशन दिइसकेकी छन्।

बेल्जियमजस्तै दुई संस्करणपछि विश्वकपमा छानिएको टोली हो, रूस। समग्रमा तेस्रोपटक विश्वकप खेल्न लागेको रूस सन् २०१८ को विश्वकप आयोजक भएकाले पनि यसपटक यो टोलीलाई केही दबाब छ। कम परिचित अनुहार भए पनि ठूला प्रतियोगिताको अनुभव बोकेको खेलाडी टोलीमा हुनु यसको बलियो पक्ष हो। पछिल्लो समय रूसको प्रदर्शन स्तरीय पनि छ। पोर्चुगल, स्विडेन, फ्रान्स जस्ता टोलीले विश्वकपमा छनोट हुन प्ले अफ खेल्नुपर्दा रूस भने १० खेलमा २२ अंक जोडेर समूह विजेता बनेको थियो। महादेशीय छनोटमा अलेक्जान्द्र कोकोरिनले चार गोल गरेका थिए। रूस पछिल्ला १० खेलमा अपराजित छ। यसबीचमा उसले सात जित र तीन बराबरीको नतिजा निकाल्यो। रूस अन्तिम पटक गत अगस्तमा नर्दन आयरल्यान्डसँग पराजित भएको थियो। हाल फिफा वरीयताक्रममा १८ औं स्थानमा रहेको रूसले विश्वकपमा समूह चरण पार गर्न सकेको छैन। पछिल्लो प्रदर्शन र समूहका प्रतिद्वन्द्वी हेर्दा रूस यसपटक समूह चरण पार गर्ने टोली देखिएको छ। अनुभवी खेलाडी अलेक्जान्द्र कर्जाकोभले राष्ट्रिय टिमका लागि ८१ खेल खेल्दै २५ गोल गरेका छन्। कोकोरिनले २२ खेलमा पाँच गोल गरेका छन्।

विश्वकपमा राम्रो इतिहास बोकेको एसियाली टोली दक्षिण कोरिया यसपटक भने कमजोर देखिएको छ। महादेशीय छनोटदेखि उसले गरेको प्रदर्शन हेर्ने हो भने सन् २००२ को सेमिफाइनलिस्टलाई यसपटक समूहगत चरण पार गर्न गाह्रो छ। दक्षिण कोरियाले पछिल्ला नौ खेलमा सात हारको नतिजा निकालेको छ। गत सेप्टेम्बरयता क्रोएसिया, ब्राजिल, रूस, मेक्सिको, अमेरिका, ट्युनिसिया र घानासँग दक्षिण कोरियाले पराजय भोगेको छ। भर्खरै सम्पन्न दुईवटा अभ्यास खेलमा दक्षिण कोरिया, ट्युनिसियासँग १-० र घानासँग ४-० गोलले पराजित भयो। महादेशीय छनोटअन्तर्गत दक्षिण कोरिया तेस्रो चरणमा ६ खेलमा १३ अंक जोडेर समूह विजेता बनेको थियो।

NSJF Pulsar youth player of the year nomiees includes  Bimal gharti magar of u-16 national team,Shirish Gurung (swimming),Sompal Kami (cricket),Bikash Thapa shinkali(Wushu) and Abhinash Karna (Cricket).

David Beckham to retire

David Beckham to retire from football at the end of this season.Today, when I wake up and saw the Facebook post,I was surprised to see the post of the former England captain David Beckham.The 38 year old Beckham is going to end his long 20 years journey of football as a player.And this is what surprised me this morning.
(Beckham's post) I'm thankful to PSG for giving me the opportunity to continue but I feel now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level. If you had told me as a young boy I would have played for and won trophies with my boyhood club Manchester United, proudly captained and played for my country over one hundred times and lined up for some of the biggest clubs in the world, I would have told you it was a fantasy. I'm fortunate to have realised those dreams.
To this day, one of my proudest achievements is captaining my country. I knew every time I wore the Three Lions shirt, I was not only following in a long line of great players, I was also representing every fan that cared passionately about their country. I'm honoured to represent England both on and off the pitch.
I wouldn't have achieved what I have done today without my family. I'm grateful for my parents' sacrifice, which made me realise my dreams. I owe everything to Victoria and the kids, who have given me the inspiration and support to play at the highest level for such a long period. I also want to thank Simon Fuller and his team for their continued support. I want to thank all my team-mates, the great managers that I had the pleasure of learning from. I also want to thank the fans who have all supported me and given me the strength to succeed.
Nothing will ever completely replace playing the game I love, however I feel like I'm starting a new adventure and I'm genuinely excited about what lies ahead. I'm fortunate to have been given many opportunities throughout my career and now I feel it's my time to give back.
